Chuck helped us put together plans for our cafe.  He was professional and knowledgeable about city and health department guidelines.  The plans came together quickly and we were approved to start construction on the first try! He was easy to communicate with and quick in his responses to our questions.  I would definitely work with him again if we ever expand to a second location.

I wish could give 10Star to CW Designs. We r opening a new restaurant for first time and burnt my finger with a novice architect that resulted in rejections at health dept... then finally I found CW Designs(Mr Chuck & Ms Soon). I lost 3-4 months due to erroneous drawings and cw designs rescued me from there w completing the entire drawings. They know what is needed to get the drawing and design completed till the point OC Health approves it. My drawings were delivered to me 24 hours before the committed ETA with perfection. We needed help with our tenant improvement project by turning our commercial space from a dry cleaners into a restaurant. Listen up OK I'm not sure if this man is secretly an angel in disguise coming down and helping people who are in a very vulnerable place needing a reliable, informative person to help with their plans, but what ever he maybe is nothing short of an absolute godsend!   When I found Chuck, I had just gotten completely screwed over by some men claiming to be architects. Six months had gone by and they had made zero progress and have been charging me an arm and a leg. Chuck got this done so quickly,  just a matter of month or 2, keep in mind we were in the thick of a holiday season, and even with all that his timing was impeccable!
